Hello, my name is Shannon Brunner, and I’m a travel agent with The Cruisebrothers (joined January 2025) based in Ohio. Before stepping into travel, I worked in a warehouse delivering wine—work I’ve been proud of, but as I’ve gotten older, the physical stress and cold have become harder on my body. That’s what pushed me to pursue something I truly love: cruising.

I took my first cruise in 2023 with my husband and immediately fell in love with the experience. As soon as we returned home, we booked our next cruise for 2024, and after another amazing trip in February 2026, my passion for cruising has only grown. So far, we’ve explored destinations throughout the Caribbean and Mexico, and I’m excited to keep discovering more.
